About project

Chef Dan of Other Mama brings us Hatsumi, his newest restaurant, inspired by traditional omotenashi-style hospitality. Hatsumi was built into the Ferguson’s property, utilizing adaptive re-use of old hotel rooms converted in to a restaurant space. The build out features a state of the art, type-1 hood system built for open flame cooking.
