About This Project
Adaptive reuse of old hotel built in the 1950’s. Ferguson’s project is split between a north residential lot and south commercial lot featuring retail spaces and restaurants. Project notes include: Asbestos remediation; re-poured the foundation; new roof; ripped out all interior walls and installed steel-moment frames to open small hotel rooms into larger storefront spaces; installed new water and power infrastructure; new fire-sprinkler system; common bathrooms; HVAC; and more.
